1:1 - Acupuncture & Craniosacral therapy. Group workshops – Mindful Yoga Classes. Sound Bath Meditations, combinations of Yoga and Sound Bath Meditations. More recently a Moon Mná Women’s circle facilitator – gatherings based on Celtic lore, goddess & the Celtic wheel. Fiona is a Nature lover, has been interested in Celtic mythology, history & sites since a young age, a member of OBOD. An avid forager, lover of Scrabble, a kitchen witch mixing up lotions & potions, a sipper of herbal tea, mother to 3 teenagers! Owned by a cat named Juno.
